Dirty kids enjoy good, clean fun. A Facebook photo posted this week by the mother of a toddler showed him enjoying a mud puddle. It reminded me about where to find joy and brought back some good memories. It reminded me of something I wrote 26 years ago about my own son. My son enjoyed an occasional mud bath. As the mother of an outdoors boy I remembered how much I spent on laundry detergent, but also, how much I enjoyed it.
